Prestige Learning Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate transformative training programs for our global clients in the financial services and technology sectors. Based in New York City, this role offers a collaborative environment, modern tools, and opportunities to scale learning initiatives across multiple departments.
As a Senior Corporate Trainer, you will partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design engaging curricula, produce multimedia training materials, and deliver live and virtual sessions. You will also mentor junior trainers and contribute to the broader learning and development strategy.
Responsibility
- Assess training needs and define measurable learning objectives for diverse client teams.
- Design and develop high-impact curricula, including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning formats.
- Deliver engaging sessions to clients and internal teams, using varied facilitation techniques.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and post-training assessments.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to maintain up-to-date content and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Coach and mentor junior trainers, creating scalable coaching programs and materials.
- Manage training projects, timelines, and budgets, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Contribute to the learning strategy, course catalogs, and evaluation frameworks for enterprise clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of corporate training, instructional design, or learning development experience.
- Proven experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and assessment design.
- Expertise with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering complex training programs on time.
- Ability to translate business goals into measurable learning outcomes and ROI.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
