NovaCore Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs that elevate performance across our organization. You will partner with HR, L&D and business leaders to create scalable curricula, onboarding experiences, and continuous development initiatives that align with strategic goals. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven improvement to ensure learners apply skills effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key objectives include accelerating new-hire ramp-up, enhancing manager coaching capabilities, and building a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate is adept at needs assessment, adult learning theory, and leveraging modern learning technologies to deliver engaging experiences.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and role-specific curricula.
- Conduct needs assessments with department leaders and translate insights into actionable training plans.
- Develop and maintain engaging learning content using instructional design best practices and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Facilitate live workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions that drive behavior change and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with compliance requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance data; iterate to improve outcomes.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) including course catalogs, enrollment, and reporting.
- Partner with HR and leadership to create succession planning and talent development programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in employee training, learning and development, or a related field.
- Proven experience with instructional design, adult learning theory, and needs assessment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with LMS administration and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure training impact and translate data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance training requirements and governance.
