This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and analytics to elevate performance and engagement.
As part of our Talent Development team, you will partner with leaders to shape curriculums, deploy scalable learning experiences, and create a culture of ongoing growth.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs across departments to close skill gaps
- Lead needs analysis with key stakeholders and translate findings into actionable curricula
- Develop and maintain eLearning modules and instructor-led materials using the LMS and authoring tools
- Facilitate engaging workshops and virtual training sessions
- Measure training impact through metrics, dashboards, and ROI analyses
- Administer onboarding programs to ensure smooth new-hire integration
- Partner with leaders to forecast learning needs and manage the training calendar
- Ensure accessibility, inclusion, and up-to-date content aligned with policies
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training and talent development
- Strong instructional design skills with ADDIE or SAM and adult learning principles
- Experience with LMS (such as Cornerstone, Workday, SAP Litmos) and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise)
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences
- Data-driven mindset with ability to evaluate training effectiveness and create reports
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Certification in training or coaching a plus; willingness to travel up to 15%
