BrightPath Learning is seeking an experienced Employee Training Program Manager to lead our learning initiatives across departments. You will design, deliver, and optimize training programs that accelerate performance and engagement. This role blends instructional design, stakeholder management, and data-driven program management to scale capabilities across a fast-growing organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to map needs, develop curricula, and deploy scalable solutions— from new-hire onboarding to advanced technical training.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of employee training programs across functions.
- Perform needs assessments, define learning objectives, and measure impact.
- Develop engaging curricula using a mix of instructor-led, e-learning, and microlearning approaches.
- Manage LMS content, courses, and certifications; ensure accessibility and currency.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coach and train internal facilitators; foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Analyze training data, report on ROI, and iterate programs based on feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in corporate training, instructional design, or L&D program management.
- Proven ability to design and deliver blended learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Strong familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, Moodle) and authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics, measure ROI, and report findings.
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
