Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
- Assess organizational training needs and analyze skill gaps to recommend relevant courses
- Collaborate with department leaders to customize learning paths
- Create high-quality digital learning materials and resources
- Conduct post-training evaluations and track learning outcomes
- Coach employees and managers on best learning practices
- Stay current on industry training trends and technologies
- Support onboarding programs for new hires
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience delivering and developing employee training programs
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
