Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain training curricula for onboarding, role-based development, and leadership programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and performance data to define learning objectives.
  • Build engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and similar tools; author interactive content.
  • Facilitate live trainings (in-person and virtual) and co-facilitate sessions with subject matter experts.
  • Implement and manage learning management system (LMS) configurations, course catalogs, and user analytics.
  • Measure training effectiveness via Kirkpatrick levels, ROI, and performance metrics; synthesize insights for program optimization.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align training with business goals and succession plans.
  • Support onboarding and continuous development initiatives across the organization.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management abilities; detail-oriented.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in evaluating training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick, ROI) and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% or as needed; ability to work cross-functionally.
