Join NovaTech Learning as an Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs that empower our teams to perform at their best. This is a strategic role focused on building scalable learning experiences that drive performance and engagement.
You will partner with People Ops, HR, and business leaders to translate business goals into structured curricula, blended learning experiences, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Assess training needs and performance gaps using surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
- Design and develop engaging curricula, modules, and job aids aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver live and virtual trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions for diverse audiences.
- Curate and manage LMS content, track participation, and measure learning outcomes with analytics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate training programs through feedback loops and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead onboarding and mentorship programs for new hires to accelerate time-to-productivity.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of corporate training, L&D, or instructional design experience.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors) and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning metrics and adjust programs accordingly.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused with strong stakeholder management.
