Join NorthBridge Tech as an Employee Training Specialist and help scale learning across a fast growing tech organization. You will design, deliver, and optimize training programs that accelerate performance, improve retention, and drive engagement. Partner with HR, product, and engineering leaders to create curricula for onboarding, role based learning, compliance, and leadership development. Use our LMS and analytics to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver scalable training programs for onboarding, product knowledge, and compliance
- Build blended learning solutions including instructor led sessions, e learning, and micro learning
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into actionable curricula
- Measure training effectiveness using metrics and post training evaluations
- Manage and maintain the learning management system, catalogs, and schedules
- Lead train the trainer sessions and facilitate engaging workshops
- Collaborate with teams to identify skills gaps and build targeted development plans
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees and managers
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or learning and development
- Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principles
- Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure training impact
- Effective collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Project management and organizational skills with a proactive approach
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
