Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs using ADDIE or similar methodologies.
- Lead instructor-led sessions, virtual trainings, and eLearning modules to engage diverse audiences.
- Conduct training needs analysis, define success metrics, and measure impact with data.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to update curricula and materials.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System LMS, including course catalogs and assessments.
- Coach and mentor new trainers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in corporate training.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering employee training in corporate settings.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with data-driven learning, analytics, and reporting.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Certified Instructional Designer or trainer credentials are a plus.
