Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging training programs for onboarding and ongoing employee development.
- Lead live and virtual training sessions, coaching managers and staff in effective teaching techniques.
- Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and performance metrics to tailor content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create curricula aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using analytics and surveys; implement improvements.
- Manage and curate content in the LMS, ensuring accessibility and up to date materials.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in corporate training, instructional design, or learning development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Experience using LMS platforms such as Cornerstone and Moodle and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Data driven mindset with ability to analyze training metrics and improve outcomes.
