Elevate Learning Solutions is hiring an Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs that enable employees to perform at their best. You will blend instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven insights to create scalable learning experiences that drive business outcomes.
Based in San Francisco, CA, this role partners with product, sales, and operations teams to identify learning needs, develop engaging content, and implement measurement strategies that demonstrate impact.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver a variety of training programs for new hires and ongoing staff across departments.
- Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and map learning objectives to business goals.
- Create and maintain e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning materials.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), track completion, and report on training metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using models like Kirkpatrick and implement improvements.
- Facilitate live training sessions and provide coaching to employees and managers as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training, L&D, or instructional design.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, Moodle) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze needs, define measurable objectives, and assess training impact.
- Project management, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
