NovaLearn Solutions is seeking a Senior Employee Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs that empower employees to perform at their best.
You will collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to create engaging curricula, implement scalable training solutions, and measure learning impact across the organization.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role ideal for someone who loves translating business needs into practical, effective learning experiences.
Responsibility
- Analyze training needs and define measurable learning objectives aligned with business goals.
- Design and develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and job aids.
- Lead onboarding and role-based curricula rollout across departments.
- Partner with subject matter experts, HR, and leadership to curate content and ensure accuracy.
- Manage LMS content, track completion, evaluate outcomes, and report ROI to stakeholders.
- Facilitate live workshops and virtual sessions; provide coaching and feedback to learners.
- Apply adult learning principles, design assessments, and continuously improve programs based on data.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with needs analysis, curriculum design, performance support, and learning analytics.
- Project management abilities; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
