We are a premium company seeking a results-driven Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs across the organization. This role combines instructional design, facilitation, and analytics to elevate performance and engagement.
Based in Austin, TX, this position collaborates with department leaders to identify skill gaps, develop scalable curricula, and measure impact using learning metrics. If you are passionate about adult learning, storytelling, and turning knowledge into measurable outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Responsibility
- Assess training needs by partnering with stakeholders and analyzing performance data.
- Design engaging curricula, learning objectives, and materials for various formats (in-person, virtual, self-paced).
- Develop and maintain e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor guides.
- Facilitate live training sessions and workshops with a focus on retention and application.
- Implement measurement frameworks to evaluate training impact (Kirkpatrick levels, ROI).
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires and promotions.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to update programs as business needs evolve.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in corporate training, instructional design, or L&D.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, ADDIE, and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and report insights.
- Strong project management and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple programs.
