Join Nexia Training Solutions, a premium provider of employee development programs, as our next Employee Training Specialist. You will design, implement, and optimize training that accelerates performance and drives business results. This role combines instructional design, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable learning outcomes.
In this role, you will partner with HR and leaders to assess capabilities, build engaging content, and deploy programs across multiple channels, including in-person workshops, live virtual training (VILT), and self-paced e-learning.

Responsibility
- Lead needs analysis and performance consulting with business leaders to identify training opportunities and success metrics.
- Design and develop engaging instructor led and digital learning content using established methodologies.
- Build and maintain courses in the LMS, track completion, and generate analytics to drive improvements.
- Deliver live training sessions (in person and virtual) and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
- Partner with subject matter experts to curate content and validate accuracy.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs using surveys, assessments, and performance data; report to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple learning initiatives concurrently, ensuring on time delivery and high quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development experience.
- Strong instructional design skills with experience in ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Project management and prioritization abilities; capable of managing multiple initiatives.
- Data driven mindset with ability to analyze training metrics and demonstrate impact.
