We are seeking an experienced Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging training programs across departments. This role partners with HR, operations, and leadership to close skill gaps and accelerate performance.

Responsibility
- Conduct training needs analysis and performance gap assessments across departments
- Design, develop, and update instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning curricula
- Facilitate live workshops, webinars, and self-paced courses for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content using adult learning principles
- Evaluate training effectiveness with metrics, surveys, and performance data; iterate for continuous improvement
- Manage and curate LMS content, track completion, and generate status reports
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and internal mobility
- Partner with HR, L&D, and leadership to measure ROI and impact of training initiatives
Qualification
- BA/BS degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate training or learning & development experience
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; confident public speaker
- Experience designing for multiple delivery methods (in-person, virtual, e-learning) and with an LMS
- Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and storyboarding
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project and stakeholder management
- Adaptability, collaboration, and a passion for continuous learning
