Join NorthBridge Learning Solutions as an Employee Training Specialist in Toronto. You will craft and deliver training programs that elevate performance, knowledge, and engagement across the organization. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration to drive measurable outcomes.
As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will translate business objectives into practical learning solutions, leveraging modern delivery methods and data-driven insights to maximize impact.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development
- Conduct needs assessments and performance analysis to identify gaps and create targeted solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to align training with business goals
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training sessions with high engagement
- Create learning materials, job aids, and e-learning modules using LMS
- Measure program effectiveness with metrics, surveys, and feedback, and continuously improve
- Manage training calendars, track attendance, and maintain training records
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and post-training reinforcement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with LMS/LXP platforms (eg Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP Litmos) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate)
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate into actionable training
- Project management and multitasking ability; strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing needs
