Responsibility
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Conduct needs analyses, define measurable learning objectives, and develop curricula aligned to business goals.
- Create multimedia training materials (e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops, job aids) and manage them in our LMS.
- Lead live facilitation sessions, coaching for managers, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, surveys, assessments, and performance data; iterate programs based on insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out company-wide initiatives including compliance, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
- Manage relationships with vendors and internal SMEs; maintain training calendar, budget, and quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills; outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze learning metrics and translate data into actionable program improvements.
- Project management and stakeholder management capabilities; comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach to training.
