Job description

BrightPath Learning Solutions is seeking a proactive Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs for our diverse client base. You will partner with HR and department leaders to identify skill gaps, develop engaging curricula, and ensure measurable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll apply instructional design principles, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and lead both in-person and virtual trainings. You’ll also manage LMS activities, track metrics, and continuously improve content for maximum impact.

Responsibility

  • Conduct needs analysis and design effective learning solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and curate curricula, training materials, job aids, and assessments.
  • Deliver engaging trainings (in-person, virtual, and on-demand) and facilitate active participation.
  • Manage LMS content, enrollments, completions, and post-training evaluation metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure training effectiveness and iterate curricula accordingly.
  • Pilot new training formats and digital learning tools; maintain up-to-date content.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees during onboarding and career development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or instructional design.
  • Proficiency with LMS administration and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and analytics for learning metrics.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing for adult learners and translating business goals into effective curricula with measurable outcomes.
  • Project management and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple programs concurrently.
