We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training experiences that elevate performance across teams. This role partners with HR, L&D, and department leaders to create scalable, results-driven programs aligned with business goals.
As a trusted advisor, you will translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences for all levels, from new hires to senior staff. You will own the full training lifecycle, from needs assessment to measuring impact, ensuring content remains accessible, inclusive, and outcomes-focused.
What you'll do:
- Lead needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to design role-based training programs.
- Develop and update instructor-led and digital learning content using established instructional design methodologies.
- Facilitate engaging live workshops and virtual sessions for diverse audiences.
- Implement and manage the learning management system (LMS), including course creation, enrollment, and tracking.
- Evaluate training impact using KPIs, surveys, and performance data; prepare clear leadership-facing reports.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and knowledge transfer across teams.
Responsibility

- Facilitate engaging live workshops and virtual sessions for diverse audiences.
- Implement and manage the learning management system (LMS), including course creation, enrollment, and tracking.
- Measure and report on training effectiveness using KPIs, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals.
- Curate and maintain a library of learning resources and materials for ongoing reference.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or L&D roles.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methods (ADDIE, SAM).
- Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
