As a trusted advisor, you will translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences for all levels, from new hires to senior staff. You will own the full training lifecycle, from needs assessment to measuring impact, ensuring content remains accessible, inclusive, and outcomes-focused.

What you'll do:

  • Lead needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to design role-based training programs.
  • Develop and update instructor-led and digital learning content using established instructional design methodologies.
  • Facilitate engaging live workshops and virtual sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Implement and manage the learning management system (LMS), including course creation, enrollment, and tracking.
  • Evaluate training impact using KPIs, surveys, and performance data; prepare clear leadership-facing reports.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and knowledge transfer across teams.

Responsibility

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or L&D roles.

  • Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
