Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and experienced staff.
- Partner with HR and department leaders to perform needs assessments and identify performance gaps.
- Develop onboarding curricula and role based learning paths that accelerate productivity.
- Create and update eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate.
- Manage the Learning Management System including course setup, tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance data; iterate programs accordingly.
- Facilitate live workshops and virtual sessions with dynamic, learnerâcentered delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or learning and development.
- Strong instructional design skills with proficiency in ADDIE or SAM methodologies.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Docebo, Cornerstone, Moodle) and learning analytics.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Professional certifications in training (ATD CPLP, CPTD) preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
