Weâre seeking an accomplished Employee Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs that accelerate onboarding, elevate performance, and foster a culture of continuous growth.
In this role, youâll partner with HR, product, and operations leaders to assess training needs, develop engaging content, and deliver programs across in-person and virtual environments. Youâll own the end-to-end training lifecycleâfrom needs analysis and curriculum design to delivery, evaluation, and iterationâusing data to continuously improve outcomes.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and seasoned employees across multiple functions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess needs, define learning objectives, and map competencies.
- Create and manage LMS content, e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, and job aids.
- Facilitate live training sessions (in-person and virtual) and lead train-the-trainer initiatives.
- Evaluate training impact using Kirkpatrick levels and other metrics; prepare actionable insights for leadership.
- Manage onboarding programs, certifications, and career development paths to accelerate time-to-productivity.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training / learning and development; demonstrated impact on performance.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and evaluation models.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive improvements in training programs.
