- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual trainings
- Assess learning needs and align programs with business goals
- Partner with management to develop targeted onboarding modules
- Track, measure, and report training effectiveness for continuous improvement
- Champion learning culture and foster skills development
Responsibility
- Design and deliver dynamic in-person and online training sessions for diverse employee groups.
- Evaluate learning needs through departmental collaboration and employee feedback.
- Develop, update, and maintain onboarding and continued education materials.
- Monitor training participation, outcomes, and performance improvements.
- Partner with HR and department leads to ensure alignment of training goals.
- Facilitate workshops that cultivate a culture of learning and growth.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training initiatives.
- Stay informed on best practices and innovative training technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in employee training or learning & development.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging group and virtual sessions.
- Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to measure training effectiveness and analyze performance data.
- Certifications such as CPTM or ATD are a plus.
