We are seeking a dynamic Employee Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize learning experiences across the organization. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration to elevate performance and engagement.
As part of our Learning & Development team, you will build scalable training programs, maintain the LMS, and measure impact to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing staff.
- Conduct needs analyses and partner with departments to identify skill gaps.
- Design and deliver engaging instructor-led and digital learning experiences.
- Manage the LMS: course creation, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics; iterate based on feedback.
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to promote performance and retention.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on learning strategies and succession planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate or instructional training.
- Strong instructional design skills with experience in e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS (Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze needs, design solutions, and measure impact with data.
- Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
