Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and tenured staff across functions.
- Conduct needs analyses and performance gap assessments to identify learning priorities.
- Develop engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and assessments using adult learning principles.
- Facilitate live trainings (in-person and virtual) and coach managers on effective delivery techniques.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into actionable learning experiences.
- Manage and update content in the LMS; track participation, completion, and outcomes.
- Analyze training metrics, report on ROI, and continuously optimize programs based on feedback.
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and alignment with compliance requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or e-learning development.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline, Captivate).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, training evaluation (Kirkpatrick), and needs analysis.
- Experience in project management and coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and iterate programs accordingly.
