Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging employee training programs (in-person and virtual)
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and improvement areas
- Collaborate with department leaders to align training solutions with business goals
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Develop training materials such as manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions
- Stay current with trends in employee learning and development
- Maintain accurate training records and report outcomes to management
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience designing and delivering employee training programs
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment
