Responsibility

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred; or on track to licensure within the first year.
  • 2-5 years of experience in civil or structural engineering and construction oversight.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting/design software; strong MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to read blueprints and prepare technical reports.
