Responsibility
- Assist engineers with basic mechanical and electrical tasks, component handling, and measurement verification.
- Support production and assembly activities, prepare parts, and document test results.
- Conduct basic quality checks and record data to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Assist in equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance under supervision.
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure adherence to safety and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team to resolve issues and participate in problem-solving discussions.
- Assist in generating simple technical notes or drawings under guidance.
Qualification
- High school diploma, technical certificate, or current enrollment in engineering studies (mechanical or electrical).
- No prior engineering experience required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow instructions and document results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic data recording.
