Responsibility
- Assist engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of machinery.
- Support continuous improvement projects by collecting data, preparing reports, and implementing process enhancements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation on maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality control, and production.
- Train and guide junior technicians when required.
Qualification
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment (automotive experience is an advantage).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and performing maintenance on mechanical or electrical equipment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Competent in using engineering tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical documentation.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to work shifts and extra hours if required.
