As a member of our education team, you will design and deliver high quality English instruction to diverse learners. You will incorporate communicative language teaching methods, integrate multimedia resources, and continuously assess student progress to tailor instruction. You will collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, resilience, and achievement. Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons to students across multiple proficiency levels.
- Assess learners' progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Design and adapt curricula and learning materials to align with goals and competencies.
- Promote active speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a communicative classroom.
- Manage classroom behavior and create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align instruction with school-wide goals and assessment standards.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and outcomes using our LMS.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
- Excellent command of English with strong pronunciation and grammar skills.
- Teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) preferred.
- Experience teaching English as a second language to diverse learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient, organized, and adaptable.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet varied learning needs.
- Familiarity with classroom management and assessment strategies.
- Proficiency with technology and digital learning tools; ability to integrate multimedia resources.
