As an Enrichment Trainer, you will foster a positive learning environment by using a mix of collaborative activities, guided inquiries, and real-world applications. Responsibility
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging enrichment sessions tailored to diverse learners in a non-lecture format.
- Facilitate small-group and one-on-one activities to reinforce concepts and encourage critical thinking.
- Assess learner progress using formative checks and provide constructive feedback to students and, where appropriate, parents or guardians.
- Adapt materials and pacing to accommodate different learning styles and ability levels.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and enthusiastic learning environment with clear expectations and routines.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and fellow trainers to refine programs and share best practices.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and outcomes, and maintain accurate session records.
- Integrate technology and interactive tools to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
Qualification
- Prior experience in enrichment tutoring, education, or related mentoring roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students with interactive, student-centered activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sessions and records.
- Familiarity with assessment techniques and providing constructive feedback.
- A relevant degree or certification in Education, Teaching, or a related field.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping learners succeed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
