Responsibility
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients through strategic outbound prospecting and networking initiatives.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to C-level audiences.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing, consistently exceeding quota.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to customize solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Track, analyze, and report sales metrics to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong market edge.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives in complex enterprise environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
