Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting Senior Analyst to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a valued member of our Governance and Reporting Team, you will execute and drive document governance and support reporting frameworks that enable enterprise-wide compliance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence. This role requires working during the US shift and demands a dynamic professional with a keen eye for analytics, process optimization, and regulatory adherence.

Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and enhance governance and reporting frameworks for enterprise services.
- Oversee document management and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Prepare, analyze, and present high-quality reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline governance and reporting workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to service governance.
- Support audits and ensure documentation meets industry standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise on governance policies and reporting best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in governance, reporting, risk management, or a similar analytical role, preferably within financial services.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, compliance regulations, and reporting methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working US shifts or willingness to align with US time zones.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units and with senior stakeholders.
