Lumina Studio Media is seeking a dynamic Entertainment Content Producer to join our Los Angeles team. You will shape stories, manage end to end production, and deliver premium video content across streaming, social, and live events.

Responsibility
- Lead concept development, planning, and production for video, short form content, and live event assets.
- Own project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on time delivery.
- Coordinate creative teams including writers, directors, editors, and production crew across multiple shoots.
- Oversee quality control, post production, color grading, and audio mixing to meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and social teams to optimize content for platforms and audiences.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and secure permissions, licenses, and clearances as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate content strategy based on data insights.
Qualification
- 3-5 years in entertainment content production or related field.
- Strong portfolio of video, web, and social content with demonstrated storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing software; basic motion graphics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications or related discipline preferred.
