Join Lumina Entertainment Group, a dynamic studio pushing the boundaries of narrative-driven content. We are seeking an energetic Entertainment Content Producer to manage end-to-end production, from concept to delivery, across multiple formats including short-form series, features, and live events.
In this role, you will collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and marketing to ensure on-time delivery, creative quality, and audience impact.
Responsibility
- Lead development and production planning for multiple projects across platforms.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to maintain creative quality and cost discipline.
- Coordinate with writers, directors, and editors to ensure timely delivery and cohesive storytelling.
- Manage talent casting, auditions, and contract logistics.
- Ensure compliance with union, guild, and company policies.
- Coordinate post-production workflows, including review cycles and version control.
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to optimize audience reach and ROI.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of production experience in entertainment or digital media.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at negotiations.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Shotgun) and basic video editing understanding.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed and available for flexible hours.
