NovaPulse Studios is seeking an energetic Entertainment Content Producer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. You will develop and produce engaging video content across multiple platforms, collaborating with creators, writers, editors, and talent. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end content production from concept to delivery for flagship shows and digital series.
- Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and shot lists in collaboration with writers and directors.
- Manage production calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate talent casting, guest appearances, and studio logistics.
- Oversee post-production workflow including editing, color, audio, and QA for multi-platform distribution.
- Collaborate with marketing and social teams to optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Maintain brand voice consistency and ensure regulatory/compliance standards are met.
- Mentor junior producers and interns, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in entertainment content production or television/web series.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality video content on tight timelines.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and pacing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and post-production workflows; familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by production schedules.
