Luminary Studio Productions is a premium creator of entertainment content, delivering high impact video, digital campaigns, and live experiences for leading brands and studios. We are seeking a talented Entertainment Content Producer to join our Los Angeles team. This role blends creative storytelling with production logistics to deliver outstanding content on ambitious timelines.
As a key driver of production, you will shepherd concepts from ideation through delivery, coordinate with cross functional teams, and ensure every project meets brand standards and audience expectations.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end content production from concept to delivery across video, social, and live event formats.
- Collaborate with creative directors, editors, and external vendors to achieve high production value.
- Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and risk assessments; monitor cost controls.
- Coordinate talent, locations, permits, and union guidelines; ensure compliance and safety.
- Oversee post production handoff, review cuts, and ensure timely delivery for multiple audiences and platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics post release and optimize future content strategy.
- Nurture cross functional relationships with marketing, digital, and distribution teams to maximize reach.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in entertainment production or media development.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven storytelling and creative direction abilities; strong eye for visuals and pacing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with live events, broadcasts, or multi platform content distribution.
- Proficiency in coordinating talent, vendors, permits, and location logistics.
- Bachelor degree in film, media production, communications, or related field.
