StellarWave Studios is seeking a dynamic Entertainment Content Producer based in Los Angeles to lead the production of high impact entertainment projects from concept to screen. You will collaborate with writers directors editors and digital teams to craft compelling stories across multiple formats including episodic videos social content and branded entertainment. This is a senior producer role focused on strategic planning creative execution and cross functional leadership in a fast paced studio environment.
Responsibilities include owning project timelines budgets and deliverables ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience goals and mentoring junior producers. The ideal candidate thrives in a creative environment strong communication and a proven track record delivering premium entertainment content on tight deadlines.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end production from concept to delivery for multiple projects across video series and social formats
- Own budgets schedules and resource planning with cross functional teams
- Collaborate with writers directors editors and animators to shape creative direction
- Coordinate talent casting location scouting and on set management
- Ensure quality control and brand alignment across all deliverables
- Mitigate risks troubleshoot issues and adapt plans as needed
- Develop and maintain production calendars and stakeholder updates
- Mentor junior producers and contribute to process improvements
Qualification
- 5+ years of production experience in entertainment media or related field
- Strong storytelling sense with ability to translate briefs into compelling content
- Proven track record managing multi format video projects and campaigns
- Excellent communication negotiation and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic budgeting
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and post production workflows
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- BA/BS in film production communications or related discipline
