Responsibility
- Develop and script compelling entertainment content for video, social, and web platforms.
- Lead end-to-end production from concept through post production, including shooting and editing coordination.
- Collaborate with directors, editors, writers, and social teams to ensure on-brand storytelling.
- Manage production calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery.
- Optimize content for discovery and engagement using platform best practices.
- Repackage long form content into short form clips and social cuts.
- Analyze performance data and iterate content strategy accordingly.
- Coordinate talent, locations, permits, and scheduling.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in film, communications, media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in content production, entertainment or media.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic motion graphics.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and evidenced ability to craft engaging scripts.
- Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for each channel.
- Willingness to travel for shoots if required.
