NovaPulse Studios is seeking a seasoned Entertainment Content Producer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. This full-time role leads the creation of compelling video and cross-platform content from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with writers, directors, editors, talent, and partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
As a key member of our production team, you will balance creative vision with operational excellence, ensuring projects are on time and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end content production across TV, streaming, and social platforms, from concept through delivery.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and production partners to translate ideas into executable productions.
- Develop comprehensive production schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Oversee casting, talent coordination, location scouting, and crew management to optimize efficiency and creativity.
- Coordinate post-production workflows, including editing, color, sound design, and visual effects; ensure on-time sign-off.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Track performance metrics, optimize content for audience engagement, and report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to plan release strategies and cross-platform campaigns.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on production experience in entertainment, media, or related fields.
- Proven track record delivering multi-platform content (TV, streaming, digital, social) with strong storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects; Final Cut Pro a plus).
- Strong budgeting, vendor negotiations, and contract management abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in Los Angeles.
- Portfolio or reel showcasing relevant production work.
