NovaPulse Media is seeking an energetic Entertainment Content Producer to curate, develop, and coordinate high-impact media projects across film, television, digital platforms, and live events. This role blends storytelling flair with production discipline, delivering compelling content while managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
As a key member of our creative team in Los Angeles, you will shepherd projects from concept through post-production, collaborating with writers, directors, editors, and talent to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery that resonates with diverse audiences. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance creative ambitions with practical constraints, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibility
- Shape and oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle for multiple entertainment projects, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, designers, and talent to develop compelling narratives and engaging visuals.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate casting, location scouting, permits, and vendor contracts; secure rights and clearances when needed.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including review cycles, revisions, and final delivery formats for multiple platforms.
- Maintain brand alignment and audience targeting across all content, platforms, and campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional team communications, status updates, and risk mitigation plans.
Qualification
- 3+ years in entertainment production, content development, or a related field with a proven track record
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with script and treatment development
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable) and basic audio/visual software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Draft)
- Budgeting experience, vendor negotiation, and contract administration
- Ability to work flexible hours, with occasional weekends for shoots or events
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating range in genres and formats
