Lumina Entertainment Group is seeking a versatile Entertainment Content Producer to craft compelling video and social campaigns for our marquee projects. This role blends storytelling, production coordination, and dataādriven creativity in a fastāpaced entertainment environment.
In this role you will collaborate with creative directors, editors, and social teams to deliver onābrand content that resonates with audiences across platforms and regions.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end content production for video and social formats, including short-form, long-form, reels, trailers, and live event content.
- Coordinate with creative, production, legal, rights, and post-production teams to ensure timely, on-brand deliverables.
- Manage content calendars, shot lists, talent coordination, location logistics, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee rough cuts, color, audio, and motion graphics, ensuring high production value and adherence to brand standards.
- Adapt content for platform-specific formats and optimization requirements (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more), tracking performance metrics.
- Ensure accessibility, localization, and rights clearance for global audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to measure impact and iterate on content strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or entertainment marketing.
- Proven project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with video editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and asset management systems.
- Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Expertise in social media best practices and platform-specific requirements (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
- Familiar with budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation; willing to travel as needed.
