Responsibility
- Lead development and production planning for film, TV and digital projects, ensuring creative vision aligns with budget and schedule.
- Scout, audition, and manage talent casting, negotiating terms with agents and managers as needed.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate production logistics, locations, permits, crew, safety, and compliance for shoots.
- Oversee post-production workflows, reviews, revisions, and timely delivery of final assets.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, and editors to refine concepts and drive creative direction.
- Partner with marketing and distribution teams to shape launches and audience engagement strategies.
- Monitor project KPIs, report status to executives, and manage risk mitigation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years in entertainment production, development, or talent management.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management and budgeting tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Excel).
- Deep understanding of content formats across platforms (TV, streaming, digital).
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
