StellarWave Entertainment is seeking a proactive and creative Entertainment Talent Producer to join our LA team. You will source and manage talent for film, television, and live events, collaborate with directors and producers, and oversee end-to-end talent coordination from outreach to on-site execution. This is a high-energy role ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling and a knack for building strong relationships in the entertainment ecosystem.
Location: Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibility
- Source, audition, and shortlist talent for film, TV, and live events.
- Negotiate contracts and manage talent onboarding, availability, and accommodations.
- Coordinate schedules with production teams, directors, agents, and managers.
- Oversee on-set talent logistics, wardrobe, and continuity to ensure brand-consistent performances.
- Develop and manage talent budgets, fee tracking, and timely payments.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR to coordinate talent appearances and media shoots.
- Maintain talent database, relationships, and compliance with union guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years in talent management, casting, or production support.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with production management software and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with SAG-AFTRA guidelines and union contracts.
- Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
