We are seeking an Entrepreneurship Growth Lead to design and scale programs that empower startup teams from idea to market. You will collaborate with mentors, investors, and university partners to build a thriving ecosystem in Austin and beyond. This role blends strategy, program management, and hands on mentorship to accelerate venture formation and growth.
Responsibility
- Design and lead entrepreneurship programs and bootcamps for early stage startups.
- Develop scalable curricula, assessment metrics, and alumni engagement plans.
- Partner with universities, accelerators, and investors to create pipeline opportunities.
- Coach and mentor founders on business models, product market fit, and go to market strategies.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
- Lead outreach and recruitment to attract diverse founder cohorts.
- Analyze program impact using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Represent NovaLaunch at conferences and community events.
Qualification
- 8+ years experience in entrepreneurship, startup development, or expansion roles.
- Proven track record in leading accelerator programs or startup mentorship.
- Strong network in Austin startup scene and willingness to build new partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Data driven with ability to measure outcomes and iterate strategies.
- Experience with fundraising cycles, investor relations, and venture building.
- Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
