VentureSpark Labs is seeking a proactive, results-driven Entrepreneurship Program Manager to lead our startup accelerator and community initiatives in Austin, TX. This role blends program design, founder mentorship, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth for aspiring and early-stage ventures.
You will collaborate with investors, corporate partners, and a diverse team to create a scalable ecosystem that helps founders validate ideas, build product-market fit, and raise capital. This is a premium role for professionals who are passionate about entrepreneurship and measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of the accelerator program, including curriculum, mentorship, and milestones.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mentors, partners, and startup cohorts.
- Build and maintain partnerships with VCs, corporates, universities, and community groups.
- Monitor program KPIs and outcomes; prepare reports for stakeholders and funders.
- Plan and host events, workshops, and demo days.
- Advise founders on business models, go-to-market strategies, fundraising, and product-market fit.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the program and attract high-potential startups.
- Manage the program budget and resources efficiently.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, or accelerator/program management.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering high-impact programs with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent mentorship, coaching, and communication skills; ability to inspire diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in fundraising, partnerships, and investor relations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple cohorts and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and reporting.
- Robust network within the Austin startup ecosystem is a plus.
