ImpactForge Ventures is seeking a strategic, hands-on Entrepreneurship Growth Lead to empower early-stage founders and drive scalable ventures from ideation to traction. This role blends product-minded leadership with market insights to build a thriving startup ecosystem.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end startup growth initiatives, including customer discovery, market validation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and manage a portfolio of early-stage ventures, providing mentorship and structured playbooks to accelerate traction.
- Identify strategic partnerships, investor introductions, and co-founder opportunities to expand ecosystems.
- Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, and progress reporting for stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and sales to drive measurable outcomes.
- Deliver workshops and accelerator sessions; mentor founders through growth challenges and pivots.
- Source and assess funding opportunities, assist with grant writing, and support fundraising efforts.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startup operations, venture development, or related field.
- Proven track record launching or scaling startups; experience with fundraising (angel/seed) a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, market research, financial modeling, and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building with founders, partners, and investors.
- Ability to coach diverse founder teams; experience with accelerators or incubators is a plus.
- Proficiency with lean startup methodologies, go-to-market strategies, and product-market fit.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred but not required.
