Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end startup growth initiatives, including customer discovery, market validation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of early-stage ventures, providing mentorship and structured playbooks to accelerate traction.
  • Identify strategic partnerships, investor introductions, and co-founder opportunities to expand ecosystems.
  • Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, and progress reporting for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and sales to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver workshops and accelerator sessions; mentor founders through growth challenges and pivots.
  • Source and assess funding opportunities, assist with grant writing, and support fundraising efforts.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startup operations, venture development, or related field.
  • Proven track record launching or scaling startups; experience with fundraising (angel/seed) a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking, market research, financial modeling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building with founders, partners, and investors.
  • Ability to coach diverse founder teams; experience with accelerators or incubators is a plus.
  • Proficiency with lean startup methodologies, go-to-market strategies, and product-market fit.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred but not required.
