VentureForge Labs is seeking a visionary Startup Growth Lead in Austin, TX to co-create the next wave of ventures. You will partner with founders to validate opportunities, craft scalable go-to-market plans, and accelerate market fit for bold ideas.
In this hands-on role, you’ll blend strategy, analytics, and relationship-building to unlock growth for multiple early-stage ventures within our portfolio. You’ll work with product, design, and partnerships teams to turn insights into revenue and meaningful impact.
Responsibility
- Identify and validate new market opportunities for multiple startup ventures within our portfolio.
- Lead customer discovery and define go to market strategies that align with business models.
- Build and manage partnerships, pilot programs, and investor outreach to accelerate validation.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to achieve product market fit and scalable growth.
- Develop business models, financial projections, and KPI dashboards to track progress.
- Mentor early stage teams, coordinate across functions, and foster an entrepreneurial culture.
- Measure experiments, iterate quickly, and communicate momentum to stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or related entrepreneurship background preferred.
- 5+ years in startup growth, business development, or venture-building roles.
- Proven track record launching or scaling ventures or products.
- Strong network with investors, mentors, and ecosystem players.
- Data-driven decision making with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
