NovaForge Innovations is seeking an Entrepreneurship Program Manager to lead our Austin based accelerator and help aspiring founders transform ideas into scalable ventures. This role blends program design, mentorship, and ecosystem partnerships to accelerate startup growth.
You will collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships to deliver high impact outcomes and measurable results across cohorts.
Responsibility
- Design and oversee the accelerator program curriculum, milestones, and judging criteria.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mentors, sponsors, and ecosystem partners.
- Coach founders on business models, product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, and fundraising.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and demo days; manage program budget and resources.
- Track program KPIs, generate insights, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative startup community and build strategic partnerships for growth.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startup, or venture programs; experience running accelerators or incubators preferred.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising rounds, revenue growth, or user acquisition.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging curricula and workshops.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Extensive network with investors, corporates, and service providers.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
