Responsibility
- Design and manage end to end entrepreneurship programs, from discovery to graduation, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high potential startup teams and founders into the program.
- Coach founders on business model, product market fit, GTM strategy, and fundraising readiness.
- Curate a robust mentor network and coordinate mentorship sessions, workshops, and office hours.
- Build partnerships with universities, accelerators, corporate partners, and investors to fuel program pipelines.
- Track program metrics, generate insights, and report results to leadership for strategic decision making.
- Lead workshop facilitation and event planning to maximize founder learning and collaboration.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years in startup environment, venture program management, or accelerator experience.
- Demonstrated success in coaching founders and building high performing teams.
- Strong network in startup ecosystem and ability to recruit mentors and partners.
- Excellent project management, organization, and detail orientation; able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Data driven mindset with ability to define metrics, track outcomes, and optimize programs.
- Superior communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to executives and founders.
