As a core member of our growth team, you will translate bold ideas into scalable business plans, validate hypotheses through rapid experiments, and craft compelling narratives for partners and investors. You will own the end-to-end growth lifecycle, from discovery to execution, with a focus on measurable impact and sustainable value creation.
Responsibility
- Translate ambitious ideas into scalable business plans and measurable milestones.
- Lead market discovery, customer validation, and rapid experimentation to validate product-market fit.
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategies, unit economics, and pricing models.
- Form strategic partnerships, investor outreach, and ecosystem engagement to fuel growth.
- Build and mentor cross-functional teams focused on experimental growth initiatives.
- Measure, report, and optimize growth levers using data-driven insights.
- Craft compelling narratives and investment pitches for stakeholders.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startup growth, or venture-building roles.
- Proven track record translating ideas into scalable ventures and achieving early traction.
- Strong understanding of product-market fit, business modeling, and growth metrics.
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or accelerator programs.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Bonus: background in technology or digital product development and agile methodologies.
